For long-term programme students (dwelling duration over 4 months), single room: 60kw•h/per month/per room electricity free of charge & water bill included. Twin room: 120kw•h/per month/per room electricity free of charge & water bill included. Quadruple en-Suite: 240kw•h/per month/per suite electricity free of charge & water bill included.

For short-term programme students (dwelling duration shorter than 4 months), water & electricity bill included.

Area:
Single room covers an area of 10 square meters. Twin room covers an area of 19 square meters. Quadruple en-Suite covers an area of 38 square meters.
