Entry Requirements
Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with proper moral conduct, in good health with no infectious disease or any physical or mental diseases that may affect the normal study, and be under the age of 40 (Age limit is flexible for healthy applicants with certain work experience and high academic ability). Applicants must be valid foreign passport holders and Master's degree holders (Applicant who provide pre-graduation certificate or student status certificate at application MUST provide Master's degree diploma prior to registration .)
Applicant who has given up their original Chinese citizenship (including residents in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) and become foreign citizens shall provide the documents certifying the cancellation of Chinese nationality, according to the policy of Ministry of Education of the PRC.
If the applicant has acquired foreign citizenship automatically at the time of birth in a foreign country, whose parents are both Chinese citizens, or one of the parents is a Chinese citizen, the review of applicant's application will be implemented according to the No.210 [2008] Article issued by Exit-Entry Administration Office, Provincial Public Security Bureau, Zhejiang Province.
Language proficiency requirements: Applicants for Chinese-taught programs have HSK certificate of level 5 (180 points) or above.

Highest degree certificates, which must be original documents or notarized copies. If applicants are university students, they shall provide an official pre-graduation certificate showing their student status and stating expected graduation date. The original certificates or notarized copies MUST be submitted at registration. The certificates should be obtained prior to registration.
Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English.*11. Two letters of recommendation from full professors or associate professors
Two letters of recommendation from full professors or associate professors, in Chinese or English. (Professors’ signature, contact phone number and email address must be put on the letter.)
*12. Personal statement
Personal statement, in Chinese or English, should include study and work experience, reasons for application and study proposal. No less than 1500 words.
13. Supporting Documents: Certificate of Good Conduct
Provided by your current/previous school/company in Chinese/English to improve your success rate.
